Iskra Harle had been a traditional health therapist for many years.
A turning point in her life, personally and professionally, was the autumn of 2000, when she moved to Sweden. Through force of circumstances she developed a new conception of health recovery and well being.
After 3 months in Sweden, she found herself suffering with an acute form of Fibromyalgia (FM). She was experiencing excruciating pain, stiffness, fatigue. Also severe depression and a feeling of blank despair and hopelessness, which could not be alleviated by anything or anyone. Her research about FM didn't give her any hope for recovery. She was desperate, but she could not accept that her suffering was to last for the rest of her life. She didn't reconcile with the fact that Fibromyalgia is hardly recognized by medical practitioners, and that there is not a real working cure for her condition. 'Pain killers and antidepressants for life!!! This is not for me!' - she said.
All this changed completely her perception about the way of health recovery. She believed there was a cure for fibromyalgia and she was determined to find it. And she found not only a cure for fibromyalgia but much more: the key to curing all chronic illnesses.
This was the beginning of the Iskra Health System.
Her quest for the true way of recovery, from this then incurable illness, began by searching through a great deal of medical books - Anatomy, The Cells, Biochemistry, Medical Breakthroughs, Clinical Evidence; the list is very long. She took a new look at the biochemical processes in the body.
She also researched a number of Conventional and Natural Medicines and with the knowledge she had acquired previously as a traditional Health Therapist (herbs, diet, kinesis), she finally determined the cause of FM. And only then she knew how to recover herself from Fibromyalgia, to get well and to remain well.

Most of my patients keep giving me more and more details during the treatment; forgotten health problems in the past, recent medical intervention etc. They always affect your present condition. The second part of the diagnosis gives me details about the food you usually consume and that's how I know what nutrition you are missing or exceeding. The third part is based on Medical astrology, which tells me which kind of tissues are weak from birth. Your body language also tells me a lot.'
So, this is what she does now - coaches people to eliminate the cause of their disease, to remain healthy, enjoy life and put a stop to what would have been endless visits to the GP and hospitals.
