Watercress - Health benefits and cancer defense

Watercress contains significant amounts of iron, calcium and folic acid, in addition to vitamins A and C.In some regions watercress is regarded as a weed, in other regions as an aquatic vegetable or herb. Watercress crops grown in the presence of animal waste can be a haven for parasites such as the liver fluke Fasciola hepatica.

Many benefits from eating watercress are claimed, such as that it acts as a stimulant, a source of phytochemicals and antioxidants, a diuretic, an expectorant, and a digestive aid. It also appears to have antiangiogenic cancer-suppressing properties; it is widely believed to help defend against lung cancer. A 2010 study conducted by the University of Southampton found that consumption of watercress may also inhibit the growth of breast cancer.The PEITC content of watercress inhibits HIF which can inhibit angiogenesis.

Due to its high iodine content, watercress has a strengthening effect on the thyroid gland, thus beneficial for sufferers of hypothyroidism.

In addition, watercress is a known inhibitor of the cytochrome P450 CYP2E1, which may result in altered drug metabolism for individuals on certain medications (e.g., chlorzoxazone).

If one can simulate the energy of Venus, the fibromyalgia syndrome will be cured easily

-Low currency electrical impulse therapy- has been used for years to relieve medical conditions. Is it possible to use this method to cure the disease, not only to alleviate its symptoms? I believe it is possible. I believe there is more to be done in this area.

What about chronic conditions like pain, fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, depression? All of these are symptoms of fibromyalgia.

Fibromyalgia sufferers share that some days are better than the others. There is a reason for that.

My own observation as a Medical Astrologer and Naturopath confirm repeatedly, with no exception, the influences of planet Venus over fibromyalgia. Every time Venus' energy is ‘twisted’, modified by other, more powerful planets like Saturn, Uranus etc, the fibromyalgia symptoms increase. This is an unquestionable fact.

Here is a challenge for the constructors of electrical devices. If an electrical device can simulate the energy of Venus, the fibromyalgia will be cured with no effort.

The energy of the planets could be in harmony with, or neutral to, Venus' own energy. During these periods, the fibromyalgia symptoms abate.

As the planets constantly move, Venus comes into positions when it is under negative influence. Then the inexplicable fibromyalgia pain and depression return with new strength and drive fibromyalgia sufferers into despair.

Using an electrical device with balanced ‘Venus’ energy can overpower the negative influences during the ‘bad’ periods and would be of great help not only to keep down the fibromyalgia symptoms, but to cure fibromyalgia.

Here I have to stress, fibromyalgia does not appear only because of poor Venus’ energy, but this is a significant part of the problem.

Then the fibromyalgia stalks.

Receiving harmonious Venus energy has a good impact on fibromyalgia. Harmonious Venus' energy prompts and support underdeveloped tissues in the body to grow stronger, then the organs function adequately and are able to resist the diseases.
